"I was very happy the way the consultants did not push towards components you didn't need to increase the price of the system. When I received my computer the cooling unit was loose and the it would not start. I called and left a message for them to call me anytime asap. They did call me back at 7:30 pacific time.
We took a look at the computer and he said they could send me another cooling unit and install with a walk through over the phone. I opted to send the computer back. It upset me that I had to go through this and the several days without a computer, but it was worth it. I am very happy with my purchase and they even put packing inside the tower to prevent the problem from happening again. I will buy my next computer through Puget."

They give you all the manuals and instruction booklets for all of your components as well as all of the extra parts that came with them.
I can't say enough about how nice it is in todays business world to deal with a company who really values their customer and goes out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied with your computer and experiance with them. "I purchased a desktop computer from Puget Custom Computers in October 2009. I found the company through ResellerRatings and am extremely glad I did. There are a number of things that Puget Custom did during my build and purchase that I found to be far beyond what I expected of a computer builder.

First, while I was looking over the options on the website, I was able to put together several different possible configurations. Once I had those configurations, I wanted to talk to a sales person. One of their sales people, Wilson, made the time to speak to me late one weekday evening (when the business was closed). He spent nearly an hour on the phone with me going over the best configuration (and best price options) for my needs. He put no pressure on me whatsoever to make the purchase right then. In fact, I didn’t finalize my purchase until several more days after that conversation.

Second, I am lucky to live fairly close to Puget Custom’s facility. I went in to their office one day after I had ordered my computer to bring in my old desktop. (PCC had agreed to take some of the components from my old PC and put them in the new one at no extra cost.) When I got to their office, the person at the front desk took my old PC from me, and then invited me back onto the build floor to see where my new PC was being assembled. He also hunted down the exact type of case I was buying so I could see in person what it would look like.

Finally, I bought my PC just before Windows 7 was released. Puget Custom had issued a statement that they would be shipping PCs with Windows 7 on October 13—roughly ten days before the official release date for that OS. There was some talk on different computer blogs about whether PCC would really be able to do that early release. Well, I was able to pick up my PC on October 13 with Windows 7 installed.

It has now been about a month since I bought my PC. The install was completely clean, the system is fast, and I have had no problems whatsoever.

I would highly recommend Puget Custom Computers if you are looking to build your own system, and if you are interested in a new computer without all the preinstalled junk that the bigger PC makers will put on there. Their customer service is unlike any computer-related company I have ever dealt with. I will happily refer my friends, and will likely be back the next time I need a new system."

"This was my first system from Puget. Previously I've bought nothing but Dells. The Dell computers that I've owned have performed well enough, but there were always some annoyances and the nagging feeling that Dell had cut corners to keep their prices low.

Dealing with Puget, both prior to placing an order and afterwards, was a terrific experience. I had a lot of questions and concerns, and William patiently answered each one with no sales pressure whatsoever. Their level of customer service is rare in any industry today.

"I started configuring a system with Puget Systems over a year ago. It took a while for me to get the funds to purchase a system. Never during that time did they pressure me to order a system. When I got to the point where I could order a system I started working with Jeff Stubbers. He was very helpful in helping me configure a system for my needs. It turned out to be a very high end Windows 7 system mainly for Photoshop usage. When I placed my order it was very convenient to track my system on-line.
