"This is my second Puget Systems PC. My first one was designed around Adobe CS and has served me admirably for over 4 years. I've expanded and swapped drives in that time, a process made simpler because the Puget approach to design/build is intelligent and anticipates these needs.

So when I decided to invest in a PC dedicated to gaming, I sought out Jeff's help. He took the time to teach me what components were important, walked me through some customization options, and even provided guidance in selecting a monitor to fully take advantage of what the new system provides.

Their photo's and build updates are terrific. You feel like a part of the process! The computer arrived with incredible documentation on unpacking, set-up, and system information. They even included extra cables and parts for future changes I might need.

BTW - after the new system arrived and was unpacked, and there was an issue booting it. Ben called and walked me through the issue (a data cable became unclipped during shipping) and I was up and running in about 5 minutes.

The new system is fantastic (who wouldn't want blazing speed, HiDef graphics, and a 38" curved display?) and I look forward to the reliability and service I have observed previously for years to come.
