"Puget Systems did an outstanding job of building my desktop computer. The cable routing the elegant build they made for support for the cooling system was greatly appreciated. They system is amazingly quite and a powerful build used for video and photo editing. There is a small glitch with Adobe Bridge that causes the system to crash, but I'm betting its an Adobe problem, not a hardware problem, because all my other software is super fast and flawless. They know how to package a system for delivery, too. My last build was from "I Buy Power" and that system had the hard drives falling out of their chaises by the time it arrived. Puget Systems used 2 boxes, styrofoam and suspended the box inside another box with a even more durable styrofoam inside that box. Impressed with all the attention to detail, much appreciated! Have not had to use customer service, but I hear they are very responsive, during the build process they did an excellent job of keeping me up to date on their progress. I highly recommend Puget Systems for your high end computer builds."
"I operate a freelance animation and video production business out of my home. I was tired of my computer lagging when doing heavy projects in After Effects, Photoshop and Cinema 4D. So I shopped around and found Puget. Since buying an After Effects Solution system from Puget I am blown away by the power my computer has and I got my entire system for $4k which is a steal for the power I've got now. I've never had a problem with anything they've built, it arrives safely and they follow up. "After reviewing companies that build computers, Puget was ranked among the highest in customer satisfaction so I decided to go with them. I am very happy with my decision. Their website has extensive recommendations for pre-built and custom built computers depending on what your needs are and the software you are using. For my build, I wanted a computer for my photography needs as I use Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. I found what I wanted and after speaking with one of their knowledgeable sales associate, I tweaked my build ever so slightly and placed my order.
I was able to view the daily updates by the various technicians as my computer was being built. The build process, testing and updates were impressive to me as it made me feel like I was family and that they were looking out for my interests. They even sent me photos of my computer before shipping. By the way, the shipping box was well-designed and packaged. It was a box within a box. I was a little concerned about it travelling from Washington state to Florida but it arrived in perfect condition.
After I set it up, I had a question and called them. They took my call right away and my question was addressed to my satisfaction. I would most definitely use them again.
