"Over all experience was very good. From setting up the appointment on line to payment was surprisingly efficient. The immediate response was impressive. The technician was professional. The experience did have some minor hiccups that was eventually resolved. First, the inspection fee had 2 different $ figure in the Puls web page $79 and $89. Second, there was confusion on the customer service side what "free" inspection meant when I accepted the technician's repair recommendation. Finally, the technician had to come back 3 times to complete the work and the work order with the estimated cost was not provided in writing until after the work was done. I do have confidence that Puls will get it perfect next time around. "

"So i saw an ad on Instagram about wall mounting assistance from puls. So i click on it an right away it ask me size of tv do i have my own mount or need one if so what kind, and a bunch of other questions.
I filled the info and schedule a date they tezt me and filled me in the whole way about who and when the person(s) will arrive. He gets here and he gets straight to work he showed me a few things for future reference and explained everything as he went if i asked..

"I kept seeing this ad on my FB page and needed some TVs mounted so I clicked on the link around 9am and a few clicks later I had an 11am appointment for the same day.
I kept anticipating a text saying they were unable to find a technician or had to cancel for some reason but to my surprise, I received a text when my technicians name and that he was on the way.
Ruben Jr was the technician I received today, he arrived on time (early in fact) with the swivel mounts in hand, introduced himself and was polite and professional. Ruben was knowledgeable, fast and efficient. I had 2 TV’s mounted on the wall.
I’m extremely pleased with how easy and efficient the entire process with Puls is. I highly recommend there services."

"A PULS technician misrepresented ro me that my dishwasher needed a repair (it didnt). He proceeded to run my credit card for over 500 dollars from a disabled person in my household. After a prolong delay on their end, PULS agreed to refund me 460 dollars in 3-5 days but seem to hope i forget about the whole thing because nearly two weeks later... no refund! They then claimed that they had an issue with the accounting department and that they resubmitted the refund to my bank. I called my bank twice today and my bank has received no refund requests from PULS. I think PULS are just fraudsters dressed up as a tech-savvy startup. Avoid them because they will just go ahead and run your card for whatever money they need and hope you (the little guy) wont do anything about it. Sadly, it's just bold, outright fraud. "
"I am horribly disappointed and feel taken advantage of. The Puls website makes it feel like a local business with fair pricing, but experience proves otherwise. Sure, they will not charge the $79 diagnostic fee if the customer chooses to get the repair done, but their base price is $217 - which is not listed anywhere! This is ridiculous. As for not charging until the repair is done - well that is a blatant lie - I was charged the full amount and my repair has yet to be completed.
Spoke to customer service and they are foreign - surprise surprise. "

"Horrible service! Avoid this scam. Tech was routinely late or didn’t show up at all. No phone call, text or email. First diagnosis seemed confident in that identified parts would fix the microwave. Said parts would arrive in 3-5 days and I would be good to go. 3 weeks later and several promises later the microwave still doesn’t work. After 1st attempt the tech said he ordered wrong parts. No worries in 3-5 days will have the right parts. Didn’t show for second appointment. On 3rd visit, after working on it for 1.5 hrs he said thinks I need to order a control panel since it still didn’t work...Oh and they charge you up front so I guess there really is no incentive to do other than continuous upcharges. $560 later I have to pay someone else to make this thing work. Run away from this company!!!"
