"I cannot express how disappointing my experience with Pump Products has been. I bought a pump via Amazon, it arrived a few days later. It sat in a box in my basement until my contractor who was doing renovations tried to install it, I was informed the pump would not work so the contractor went and got one that would, cost was $400 plus labor. So my Pump Products pump was not needed, I tried to return it using Amazon's return process on the website. More time passed, and no response so I called Amazon and they saw where I attempted a return and they processed it and told me I'd get an email with instructions. I called them back after a couple of weeks to check the status and they told me well the seller (Pump Products) was to send me a return authorization. Pump Products contact info on Amazon is incorrect so after a lot of digging which took a lot more time I find a contact number, still not the right division, but at least I got a person who told me sorry it's now outside the return window. Wow - really? They took $ quickly but their cover values on their website are incorrect and they certainly do not honor nor serve their customers. "

"I have placed three orders with Pump Products. Two have gone great, one has not. The problem shipment involved a pump which apparently was not in stock. The web site did not list it as out of stock (or I missed it). After a couple of weeks of silence I contacted Pump Products and was advised that the pump was 6-8 weeks out. OK, would have been nice to know when I ordered, but I can wait a bit. At 9 weeks post-order I contact them again and the reply was a cut-and-paste of a screen shot showing expected delivery approximately 12 weeks from the time it was sent. There was no text or explanation other than the pasted image. So now we are looking at 3.5 months lead time on this item which we did not expect. I understand that this is probably a manufacturer issue, but the fact that I had to initiate contact with them each time to be advised of the problems is annoying. "
