"This is a terrible company if you need the pump and they process your payment right away.
I was out of water at a brand new house I bought and needed to buy another replacement pump right away.
I found it online from these guys and processed the purchase. I was told 5-7 business days to get the pump.
well after 0 communication from the company I decided to call. and they told me the pump was 50 days out.
they would process my refund for me.. the person on the phone (who was very nice and professional thus the 1 star) told me that they would submit the form and I should see my refund next week.
so they hold my money for a week on a product that said it was in stock and they cant ship for 50 days.. that is not only unprofessional it is illegal.
beware and make sure to call the order in, if not and you are a little short on cash to buy a product right away you could be waiting very long for your money back.

"I ordered an exact model replacement well pump from Pumpproducts for $600-$800 less than anywhere else online or in the big chain home products stores. Local well pump companies wanted even more, plus I'd have to wait a week or more and then pay them an additional $300 to install it. I have 40 years mechanical experience, 30 years aircraft mechanic and 10 years aircraft inspector, and "Jack of all trades". The pump arrived very well packaged and protected. I inspected it thoroughly and found no visible defects. I've replaced this pump before, almost 15 years ago, so I read up on the installation manual and watched a few videos before jumping in with wrenches. It took less than an hour to install and have running water back in the house. I will be recommending Pumpproducts to my friends and family. Great price and great delivery service."

"Pump was well packed and delivered fast.
When I pulled my existing pump I discovered it was just clogged with electrical tape. So I could have returned the pump from Pump Products. In the end I decided to keep and install the new pump because it was correctly sized (unlike the old one).
However, when I was considering returning it I called them up to check about RMA. They offered to use their FedEx account to get me cheaper return shipping if I could not find a cost effective way to return it. "
