"Ordered and paid for pump, but they never told me they didn't have it in stock, and wouldn't even order it from the manufacturer until 3 weeks after I submitted my order. I finally found this out by calling them for a tracking number after 2 weeks of hearing nothing from them. Now they tell me I probably won't get the pump till around 5 weeks after ordering. They had a good price but wouldn't have ordered it from them had I known there would have been such an extended delay in shipment. While it's not an urgent issue, it sure is inconvenient."
