"I recently purchased a Crosman 1077 air rifle as a Xmas gift for my grandson. The website was simple to navigate and once I had made my selection Pyramid then offered all the necessary add on items needed to compliment the rifle. Perfect. So why not 5 stars ? I opted for mounting and a zero calibration on a scope I purchased along with the rifle. This was supposed to include a form from the employee who did the installation verifying the zero sighting and a test firing being completed. This was missing. Now I don’t have any doubts about it being done but I don’t really know for sure. Otherwise I’ll be back as a customer."

" As has happened before, I could not complete my purchase on line, and was worried that once again, by the time I spoke with someone to get past the flaw in the payment part of Pyramid's system, the item would not be available for the sale price.
Specifically, I was unable to enter a Visa Gift Card toward the purchase price, The Sales person told me (again) that the card was declined, despite my already confirming with Visa it was fine. Visa explained to me that Pyramid was entering it before the method of payment NOT covered by their card. When I called back and told Pyramid, they were able to get things right, but it took another day.
Here's the take aways: Pyramid Staff have always been great. Their458 web site has always been less than intuative (another box for non-Pyramid gift cards would be great!) The only way I can afford to buy from them is #1: Item is on sale, #2: I can make the Free Shipping, and #3: a Discount Code. It's hard to combine these with Visa Gift Cards on line, or during non-business hours."

But sadly I have to buy from their Amazon store due to problem with payment. Tried to buy from their website twice and both failed due to declined transaction but oddly I used same card on ebay and amazon and it worked.
I live outside US and have a lot of paper to prepare just to buy an airgun. I don't mind it since I love airgun.
I only hope that PyramydAir will somehow give additional service to disassemble airgun into parts so I can import it without take care too much for paper."

"My gun shows up with a broken stock. It shows up on Saturday so I wait to the next day they are open, which is Monday. My order was given a return label that I had to print, then drive all over town to find a fedex. I was given an extra 20 bucks for my time in the form of a store credit. My new gun shows up 2 weeks later and the stock was not broken, but there is a scratch in the stock. I am opting not to go through a return again, I can live with the scratch. I would have thought that since I already had to return a product the next one would get uber inspected. "
