Customer service could not say when or if the rifle would be in stock. Checked web page next day still showed rifle was in stock. That’s FALSE advertisement. Why not display actual stock on hand?"

"My gun shows up with a broken stock. It shows up on Saturday so I wait to the next day they are open, which is Monday. My order was given a return label that I had to print, then drive all over town to find a fedex. I was given an extra 20 bucks for my time in the form of a store credit. My new gun shows up 2 weeks later and the stock was not broken, but there is a scratch in the stock. I am opting not to go through a return again, I can live with the scratch. I would have thought that since I already had to return a product the next one would get uber inspected. "

"I bought a air pistol for 129.95. I noticed on their catalogue that i was eligeble for 2 day free shipping on order of 150.00. I increased my order for over 150.00. i noticed imediately that they were shipping my order by UPS Smart Post (bad choice) I have had bad experinces with that shpping method. I called customer service imediately to see if they would change the shipping method. They said i chose that shipping method and they would not change it. I don't recall choosing that shipping method but they could have changed it because it had not yet shipped. Oh well, i know what to do whhen i place future orders"
