"I had a large order returned by FedEx without notification, and subject to a $40 restocking charge (ultimately not charged), since I was not home to sign. A second similar order was confusing due to FedEx's difficult instructions on how to notify them to keep the order at the FedEx location. Pyramyd should communicate better with FedEx. Pyramyd says to discuss with FedEx; FedEx says to discuss with with Pyramyd? The shipment was divided into 3 packages to be delivered on three days. I finally have them holding two packages at FedEx at their location. The third is still coming to my home. All require signature which is no problem and which I will do at the FedEx location. "Pros:
I've been buying from Pyramid ever since being bitten by the airgun bug a little over two years ago. Spent a lot more than mama knows about (which is why I'm still alive, I guess) Anyway, after over a dozen rifles and three dozen pistols, and a wheelbarrow load of ammo, (I don't even think I'm exaggerating there) I can say Pyramid is a very cool place for all things "Airgun."

Cons:
Just a few. They are hard to get hold of on the phone and the M.O.H. makes me wanna put pins in my eyes, and they don't always call you back like they say they will, so you just gotta bug them. About 60% of the time, the Email from whomever is shipping the stuff,sez: "Delivery before 7PM - Thursday" turn out to be Friday. However, To e fair, PA is STILL much faster than the others, so there's that. "Bullseye bucks" ain't all that earth shattering; especially when most credit cards are at least a half percent better.

What others should know:

1. On your next gun, (cuz you WILL buy more - that's the law ;o) get the "Ten for Ten" deal! You won't be disappointed, cuz its probably one of the best ten dollar deals out there.

2. The ammo "buy four and get one" (or whatever) is a great deal. Always get that.

3. AFAIK, they still don't have a "retail store," and really need one. ( Just for me.:o)

P.S. Yeah, I'm rotten; I only give them four stars cuz "nobody's perfec," so nobody gets five stars except God. (actually, I like to give Him ten. :o)

The shipping is second to none. Pellets are shipped in cut to form styrofoam to prevent damage(class act). I really like the buy 3 get 4th free pellet offer!!! That's a huge saving when buying 500 round tins. They have a great selection of so many products and typically if they don't have it, you probably won't find them elsewhere.
