"This is my third purchase from Pyramid Air. The first one was exceptional. The second, not quite as good ... and this third purchase, though just done a day ago ... per the sale ... a little disappointing. After spotting the first air gun I wanted to purchase, and finding I qualified for some free metal targets ... I was quite happy. And finding another gun, that was on backorder ... the price seemed good, qualified me for free shipping, and I was happy to complete the purchase. Then I saw that the free shipping only applied to the order, if all items were shipped at the same time? Meaning the first gun now available, and the free targets will have to wait to be delivered until the entire order is ready to ship all at once? With an expected date of 12-01-22 ... the only way I could get free shipping is to wait until December to receive my first chosen gun? It isn't my fault that the item on your page is on back order. I would think that you would realize that, and ship both for free when they are available to please a 3 time returning customer."

"I spend alot more then I should on hobbies. I am a new customer to PA, but still placed 2 orders totaling just under $1500 in a weeks time.
Order#1-Due to something on Fedex's end this order was delayed over a week. I called PA to see if they could be any help. Instead of offering to look into the matter, I was told to call the shipper. Basically, they did their part and shipped said order and they were done with it. In the end, I filed a lost package claim with Fedex which seemed to light a fire under them and the order was delivered a few days later. Strike 1 for PA.
Order #2-This had some small bits along with a nearly $700 carbon fiber tank. Tracking on PA's site showed everything had shipped. I tend to track all orders so I am not surprised when an order is delivered late or whatever. This order was delivered today. No carbon tank was included.
So I called PA to get specifics about why my order was not complete. I was put on hold twice without being told I was being put on hold, kind of rude. Finally she hung up. I sat by the phone a bit thinking I would get a call back. Nope, nothing. So, I had to call PA again. The sales associate informed me the tank was shipped seperately, and should be delivered in the next 7 days. No other tracking number associated with my order for the tank is available on PA's site associated with this order. Here I sat thinking I would be able to air up my air guns today, and again, PA crushes my hopes and asperations for some much needed fun. Strike 2.
I am a big Amazon shopper, and a vine reviewer. I have been looking for my next pcp rifle, now when I see that it ships from Pyramid Air, I move on.

My only complaint on this order is that I've tried multiple times on multiple occasions to order a MOA challenge card and each time I find no instructions on how to do so for FREE! The button you click says right on it FREE but then there were no instructions. CS staff finally sent them to me after I ordered it and paid for it. He did give me "bucks" equivalent to the price, but I should not have had to do that. OH, some time ago I went back to my original email from Pyramyd and never found the instructions for "free".
That is a stupid little thing but it creates unneeded frustration and make me wonder what else I'm missing?"
"I've been with Pyramyd Air for several years and have never had a bag experience from returning a scope to buying an air rifle. With delays in shipping from over seas I especially like the emails I get telling me when a product is available especially pellets this year. Just a good company all round. "
"Ordered on July 18. Still waiting on 8-1. The tracking number shows my package is sitting somewhere in Houston, TX with a delivery date of August 10. Seriously? I've had stuff come out of China faster. If you folks want repeat customers you might want to consider a different shipper than FedEx. I'm not going thru this again."
