I had a Kral Puncher Breaker that leaked. I was promptly replaced and no problems since. Pellets are buy 3 and get 1 free.
If I need anything they help and take as long as necessary on the phone. My email is returned. They always call me back.
So seeing bad reviews of Pyramid Air is strange to me. "

Contacted Attorney General and the BBB at which time they gave my a credit in the amount I lost , after signing off with the BBB and I was satisfied , they took back the credit and left me with nothing .
This is the most deceptive , crooked company I have ever dealt with .
They even scammed the BBB but making it look good so customer closed the complaint and then steals it back .

"Went to order $124 worth of merchandise which the shipping was advertised as free so long as it wasn’t over 10lbs. Put in cart and Paypal it for purchase. Returned to check out and shipping was added. Tried to call 1hr on hold till phone died no luck. Messaged and response was free shipping over $150 so I screenshot the statement from their own website that said otherwise. Then the response was that the “website” calculates the weight. I pointed out that I have the products I ordered and that was not the case. I have screenshots verifying all I have stated. Not any way to run a business! I gave them an out “plausible deniability” by mentioning that if the website was in error and caught by a human customer then any good buy would rectify the error and be grateful it was pointed out. Not so with Pyramid Air sadly, which says no error but intentional misrepresentation. They lost a good customer to gain a lot bad review. "

I recently purchased an air gun from Pyramid air it was immediately lost in the mail, They have told me they've refunded my money about 3 times and Every time I go to my account It's still not there it's been over 2 months I bought an item I never received and they Are still charging me 2 months later...
