"Needed to return my gun which they sent as the wrong model. Sent emails and no response. Called on the phone, no answer. This is a bad bad bad situation. Wish I read these reviews earlier. This company, if you want to call it that is not operating like a legitimate business. I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau in two more days. "I purchased a Benjamin Trail on 2/27/2020. I was notified that my order was shipped 2/28/2020 @8:11AM.
FedEx notified me they were shipping the product that same day. It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition and I was installing the scope at 12:00 Sunday 3/1/2020. Even with the leap year that's 4 days from order to delivery.

"bought a browning leverage pellet rifle for my sons christmas, cocking lever jammed first day, sent it back and was sent another, jammed after maybe 10 shots. so i called again (good luck calling this company) i was offered a diana 34p in place of it if i payed the difference, i agreed....i waited and i waited for a confirmation email....never got one...so i call again, the lady informed me the diana was USED, the guy told me NEW IN BOX but the boxes had been opened... (lie)...soooo then i ask for a refund. that was jan 21 it is now feb14. no refund yet...(smh)... and i call again... was told (well i see the request but it has not been submitted) UGH REALLY...
so now maybe in 10 more days i can get a refund.. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! BAD PRODUCT!!!

The gun was in pristine condition when sent but was received back with scratches and gouges to the barrel and receiver along with damaged screws. The company did refund the labor but it will cost me twice that to have someone fix what they damaged. I would not recommend this company to anyone. "I bought a karl armor puncher pcp, pump, and scope. I forgot the adapter so had to make a second order, they all came the same time 3 days later fed ex. They have excellent, well spoken customer service. It is some times a bit slower than say amazon, but they are way better spoken than amazon customer service and helped with all my needs. "For quite some time I had been doing business with Pyramyd Air, but after the my last order I'm moving on to another company. This is due mainly to the fact that their customer service agent, Doug G., failed to make sure the carrier on a $500.00+ order would be required to get my signature upon delivery. At first I simply emailed him to say he should make sure to follow a customers orders. Then he actually wrote me back and lied to me saying that my husband never requested a signature. I was nearby when these instructions were given over the phone so I emailed back to let him know that and that he should leave it alone before I did decide to take my business, and money elsewhere. He didn't listen and sent a request for review of my experience on the transaction. I keep my word! Goodbye Pyramyd Air! Never argue with a customer."

On 7/1/18 I bought an air gun that I found out would hurt the raccoon so I tried multitude of times to reach them by phone with no prevail, I emailed them asking to cancel my order a multitude of times ,with no response , I finally got a hold of someone on line and he told me it would be canceled and gave me a link to cancel it in which I did a multitude of times trying to get a confirmation of cancel , finally I got one and then the next day you shipped it!!!!!
