lost shipment

"I tracked my order to my city, but it did not progress. I contacted customer service by email. I had a return email within two hours that Quality Bath had contacted UPS and UPS started an investigation. After 48 hours, I received an update that a new shipment was on its way at no charge to me. UPS could not locate my package. I’m very pleased with the prompt attention customer service gave my issue. "

"If calling this store make sure you request for Josh. First, he is highly knowledgeable about the product. Whether it is bathroom vanity or a medicine cabinet. And if he is not sure, he goes out of his way to find out accurate information. Second, Josh is responsive. Always following up in a timely manner whether prior to the order or after the ordering. He is an embodiment of great work ethic and brings his 200% to the job making sure the customer is informed and satisfied. "

"I called Quality Bath to ask about a replacement part for our broken shower head. The person who answered transferred me directly to the After Sales Department, where Chaya assisted me immediately. She was polite, efficient, and knew her stuff down pat. Her communication was clear, and in 1 business day, she had arranged for the part to be delivered to us under warranty. Great Customer Service from Tammy!

"We have been working on a remodel for the past year and ordered beautiful Newport Brass Polished Nickel shower fixtures. We finally got to the installation and had a couple of parts missing from the trim. Tammy was so helpful and was able to contact Newport Brass for me and get the parts ordered at no cost. I have had nothing but EXCELLENT experiences working with all of the lovely folks at Quality Bath! I won't order from anyone else!"

Great Customer Service and Timely Delivery!

"I recently bought the same vanity from another company and after waiting 3 weeks, it arrived with the box completely damaged. I had to reject delivery but was in a bind because the contractors had already finished demo. I reached out to Jack at Quality Bath and he assured me they could get me the same vanity in time for my project. 8 days later and the vanity has been delivered!! I am upset at myself for not choosing Quality Bath first!"
