"Purchased $482 deal as shown on Radioddity web site. Waited two days for site to update shipping and nothing happens. Sent numerous emails to customer service with no response except they sending one part of four (and the cheapest part at that). Sent more emails to inquire why radio advertised as "in stock in US" was not being shipped. No response. Cancelled order and reported to Bank Card Co for dispute. Awaiting response.
Response after this review was made and all of the paid for equipment is on the way with tracking numbers. I will append this review as confidence increases. "
"I had a couple issues with my rig. I contacted customer service, they provided return label and an authorization to return item letter. Glad I saved the box, sent it out and received shipping info and tracking from the shipper, in a few days received my replacement QB25. It's now in my shack and working flawlessly! Thanks Viviana!
