When you need customer service ...

"I purchased an 'open box' DMR radio. When I hooked up the programing cable the computer would not read the radio stating the model # was incorrect. After emails with customer service and digging into the radio it was determined that the radio had firmware for the Anytone 878 installed rather than the GD-AT10G. Normally open box sales are final but since this radio could not work in it's current configuration I was able to return the unit and received a replacement. Customer service was great, helping me figure out what the problem was then suggesting I return the radio for a replacement.
I've purchased a few radios from Radioddity, A G-90, two GMRS HT's and now a DMR HT. I'm a happy customer and happily recommend Radioddity.

Amazing Service From Radioddity !!!

"I had an occasion to reach out to Radioddity concerning a small problem with one of their products. I sent an email at 3 am in the morning and got an immediate reply from Lucas. Once I confirmed with them my purchase, Lucas arranged a prompt shipment of a replacement radio.

Because of this positive experience with Lucas, I then decided to place a bulk order of this item and corresponded with Nora. She also responded promptly and helped me place the bulk order with minimal time and minimal stress. Nora was amazing.

I have to say that my dealings with this company have been top notch in every respect. I love their products and expect to purchase more from them and point my friends to their wonderful products.

Dealing with Radioddity has been outstanding in every respect and is unusual in today's marketplace!

Only the Best!!

"I had an issue with my brand new G90, One of the retaining arms for power plug broke off, so I contacted support and they got back to me right away, asked if the could just send me a replacement for the plug, but they are not available right now, then I was offered $8 for the hasle. The whole time they where VERY polite and timely in getting back to me. I'm VERY happy that I bought the G90 and even more HAPPY I bought it from Radioddity!! If you are going to or looking at the G90 get it from Radioddity or if you just have questions about it give them a call you WILL NOT be disappointed!!"

Great customer service

"I had a difficult time programming my radio. Irene was very helpful with tips and ideas to solve my problem. Part of the issue was my cord, and my unfamiliarity with the software program. She was quite accommodating in my attempt to return the radio. In the end, I was able to program it and kept it! "

Excellent support!

"I had ordered a Xiegu G90. It arrived promptly, and was really a joy to use. The only problem was the automatic tuner wasn't working properly.
Contacting Radioddity was easy, and they gave me some useful suggestions. When that failed to fix the problem, they sent me a return authorization, and shipped a new one.
David and Nora were fantastic, and made this, as usual, a painless experience.
Radioddity is my go to store because of this quality support.

Outstanding service

"I emailed Radioddity about a problem with my new X6100. Nora suggested flashing the firmware. Since I am so smart I knew that wouldn't work. But I flashed the firmware and the radio works fine.

In addition, Nora followed up to make sure everything was OK. (That is above and beyond)

"With a short e-mail and a few step-by-step instructions from Vevina I was able to do something with my DB25-D that I couldn't figure how to do after reading the entire user manual.
