"I ordered 2 x Baofeng GT-5TP, one of which had a faulty PTT switch. After contacting Radioddity, they replaced my faulty radio free of charge, albeit I received a GT-3TP (which to be fair was what I originally ordered but due to an out of stock situation, the original supplier sent me GT-5's instead).
Very happy with the level of service I received to solve my issue and would certainly have full confidence in using them again.

"I'm really impressed with the build quality and usability of these little radios; they far exceed the quality you'd expect for such a cheap radio. They are easy to program using Chirp and have a good range for the power they transmit; audio is very clear.

"I've made two purchases from Radioddity, and both have been great! I got fantastic prices on the (3) Xiegu radios and (2) Baofeng HT's I purchased, and the shipping was unbelievably fast....and FREE! Vevina followed-up after I had received my items to make sure everything was okay, too. How many companies do that? I had one question along the way, emailed Radioddity via their, 'Contact Us' link, and had a reply so quickly, I was shocked. I figured it was the typical, "Yeah, we got your email, and we'll reply....someday....maybe," but nope, it was from a real live human being!

"10/31/2019 - Radioddity customer service reached out to me regarding the faulty radio I received and did something that really surprised me. They replaced the faulty radio no questions asked. You don't get customer service like that from anyone anymore. The people at Radioddity are really honest too. I'm changing my review from a one star to five stars as they provided me with the programming cable for my GA-2S radios as well. Radioddity customer service has been in contact with me every step of this replacement radio transaction and even shipped out the replacement super fast. It took just a few days to receive the radio and it is perfect in every way possible. I will be purchasing more items from Radioddity and can not thank them enough. This company is the real deal when it comes to taking care of their customers and making things right.

10/28/2019 - So I ordered the twin pack of the Radioddity GA-2S on October 24, 2019 from Amazon.com and only one of the batteries will even charge. I tried putting the battery on each of the two chargers for several hours and no charge. I then tried using a USB cable that was provided using the radios as chargers and same thing no charge on the single battery. I did get one of the two batteries to charge and did confirm both radios turn on but have no way to make sure they work since I can only use one radio. I will be reaching out to Amazon for a full refund and will be looking else where for a better quality radio pair. I'm sure it's an isolated incident but the quality just wasn't there in my opinion.

"Picked up a GD-55 Plus from the Radioddity eBay store in September and it arrived early October. It took me a bit to get some time to work with but finally got to it a in Mid-October. Working with the program to enter the data, the unit bricked after a couple of "writes". Checked the internet for possible solutions and tried a few things myself. No luck. So I sent a note to the US Customer Support email and got an immediate reply from David Little. We exchanged emails for a day and I tried the actions recommended. David hung in there until we ran thru all the things we could think of. At that point, he sent a note to support at headquarters (2nd level).
Received a reply from Vevina, and we looked over previous actions and tried a few other things. Still not luck. Looks like the unit either died or was bricked. Vevina then had a new unit drop shipped to me via DHL and I received it a few days ago. The actions that make this stick out for me from other support request was (1) Support hung in there which is how it should happen and (2) without me asking, they drop shipped a new radio. This is what makes a great Customer Service. I am still learning about the radio so I cannot comment on it other than the fact that it works now and I can talk to people on DMR. Thanks to Both David and Vevina for all the great help. Great Customer Service from a small company.

"I purchased a Radioddity GD-77 DMR ham radio from Amazon in May of 2018. I put the radio aside due to other priorities and when I finally opened the box, guess what? I had managed to get one with a QC issue. So after almost 18 months later, I reached out to the dealer and Vevina in Support arranged a quick replacement unit that is up to date. I will be buying direct from Radioddity when I upgrade my HF radios in the near future. Avoid Amazon and buy direct, the prices are better!"
