Nothing from Raise. 24 hours and an email from me to them later, I checked the app to find out the transaction was cancelled. I called in to their customer service and spoke with the first guy, who was clueless and told me it had not passed their " security verification" and the $ would be back in my account in 3 days, it just had a hold on it. I asked them if they had questions why they did not call to verify as my phone number is on the registration. No answer. I had to contact Paypal to verify funds did not proceed. avoid this app. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE TO SAVE 4%. "

"I have bought several gift cards from Raise.com and the only issue I had was resolved right away. Bought a card with an invalid code, tried a few times to get it to work and when it didn't I reported it like their site says. Heard back within 24 hours and they asked for screen shot of the issue. Provide what they needed to show it wasn't working and refund was issued a few minutes later. All my past experiences have been great and so far the only issue I have had was addressed right away. I wouldnt hold onto a gift card for over a year any way so looks like if you address the issue in a timely manner and use the card within their year warranty period, you'll be fine. "

"I purchased Children's place gift card value $200 from Raise.com and made small transaction which went fine. So I thought all good. I didn't need to purchase for more than year and now when I tried to use the gift card is blocked. After working with Children's place and several escalations found original purchaser made bank transaction dispute on gift card purchase after 3 months of my purchase thru Raise. So Children's place has blocked the gift card. When I complaint to Raise.com answer is its out of warranty and we can't do anything do whatever you need to do!!! They offered $10 Credit...I lost $170...which is way more then what I saved...lesson learned...They could have gone for seller as of course they have info who has sold..It looks like perfect well planned scam as after I made purchase they did the trick after 3 months which was within warranty period but I wasn't aware and trusted this guys..Also Visa or any other bank card cannot save you as they only protect purchase made within 60 days..Those who are writing good reviews consider suggestion from a victim and save yourself from fraud/scam...I searched online and found this company is also on FTC and attorney general's office radar and I will share my words with them too so that it can save others..."
