"I'm a buyer.
Took advantage of online coupon for new customers and bought both an e-gift code and a physical gift card. I received my e-gift within an hour and it was used without problems. Next day I receive an email that the gift card is shipped.
Two weeks later, I notice that I haven't received my physical card yet, so I email them. Four days pass by and no response. I resort to the chat system and they tell me that the seller never shipped the item, and that a response to my email was sent 2 days ago. They're issuing me a refund now.
I'm just mad that Raise.com didn't take the initiative to contact me about this issue. I don't buy that they responded to my email either since I couldn't find anything in the junk folder.
So my recommendation is to only buy e-gift cards from them."
"Absolute SCAM. They sold me a gift card that triggered a fraud investigation at Bloomingdales. I called several times to ask for a refund and I am still yet to receive a refund. I had to filed a dispute with my credit card company. This is a very shady company. The gift card they sold me was labelled an "eGift" card but when I called Bloomingdales they said this is a physical gift card and I should have the physical card to use at stores only. "
"I was hesitant at first when I read reviews from slickdeals.net of the balance being $0 when you purchase gift cards but there were many positives reviews of this site being legitimate with a good money back guarantee. So I took a chance, ordered a Home Depot gift card and got the gift card number along with the pin # 2 days later. I went online and the gift card worked. Raise.com allows you to sell unwanted gift cards too but I didn't try that so I can't comment on selling gift cards. I would order from them again! "
