"Good Evening...I wanted to write to commend your employee, Tiffani..It's very hard at times to trust different sites especially when you spend a lot of money there. I gave Raise a try and was very impressed at how quickly I get my ecards. Other sites take over 24 hrs but usually between 2 and 3 hours I have it from your site. I prefer ecards rather than waiting for an actual card. I had no choice but to do that with a Brighton gift card, only option. I waited a rather long time with no card so I emailed customer support and was connected with Tiffani. She was extremely attentive and persistent to my situation. She explained the guidelines she was under, waiting 14 (?) days. She pursued the seller for the card, she emailed me 3 or 4 times to see if I had gotten it yet. (My cost $175) which to me is a lot of money. Then while waiting I had a personal situation arise (idiot bf) which caused me to question whether I should be spending that kind of money at this time. I explained that to her, she forwarded to me that night a return label so that if the card came she would take it back and give me a refund. She certainly decreased my ongoing stress. Turns out the card never did come and on the 14th day my refund was submitted. She was really excellent to deal with. She made me feel very confident that I picked a good company to deal with. As you can see by my order history (and I'm new at this) that I've used you all frequently. So please commend Tiffani for her hard work and I look forward to dealing with her again in the future. "I always receive the best service across all reps I've dealt with, rarely have time to do the honorable in return: Holly would be hired by my company on her first interview. Had an uncommon situation where a card with value per the retailer's site was rendering it unusable. Because it had a $106 balance and company couldn't fix the glitch raise, with Holly's expertise, handled a purchase that needed unique attention as it involved a credit vs a return. Holly handled the issue so profeßsionally cheerfully and had to work not only w me but 2 other departments to get resolved in record time. Holly, you have quite a future ahead of you!"
"I wanted to give my sister a gift card for her favorite restaurant. She was recovering from brain surgery. I paid Raise $90.00 for $100 gift card to Bertucci's and I received an e-mail saying the card had shipped and would be received in 3-14 business days. After a week or so, we realized that It never actually shipped at all. I called and the company said they would give me a refund, but what I really wanted was the gift to be sent. A wonderful man at Raise, Abraham, called and said he would issue the gift card, on the house! So I received my refund and my sister got the gift card. I'm teary as I write this. What a wonderful company!"

I would like to make one suggestion... instead of taping the address to the envelope (which is how my little problem started)... put the address directly on the envelope and that way it can not come off and get lost... it was a disappointment to not get my cards and only get my address label... but I am relieved the solution was fast and painless at least...
