"The materials used and construction are both rock solid! The ease of assembly and instructions are also outstanding. My only complaint is that with the free standing hose reel and extra capacity kit I installed, loading and unloading the 225ft of 5/8" hose is unstable. I have installed cement anchor blocks to each foot of the free stasnding hose reel and it has greatly improved the stability of the free standing unit."

The next day i got a call from rapid reel saying they were going to replace the compete reel with the up dated modle at no cost. I was taken buy suprise i for got the reel had a 10 year warrante."
