"Just purchased the reel. I really thought this thing was Made In the USA because of the quality but it isn't. That is the only downfall. Instructions were easy to use. Pieces went together really easy. One thing I think should be added is to lubricate the spindle assembly that the reel spins on. I didn't get the 2nd set of wheels to turn it into a 4 wheel unit because the two wheel set-up makes it capable of stepping on the front bar to stablize the unit while rolling up the hose. The first time I rolled my hose onto the unit it went so fast I actually burnt my hand that was guiding the hose onto the reel. Nice solid design! Seems built to last! I noticed my neighbor's unit he bought from Sam's Club last year already has a flat tire! I mentioned how this unit has foam filled tires that won't go flat and he seemed envious! Solid unit! if you need one get this one! You will be satisfied!"
