I ordered a bit late and been anticipating those cute hoodies will arrive on time. so I check with the CS Alexia for details. She kindly offered me the reason why it's been delayed and quickly changed my order and give me a tracking number in about 5 minutes. Very impressed. I'll recommend this site to all my rave friends.

"WORST COMPANY, AND WORST SERVICE. I placed my order on March 30th, had to wait over 3 months for my outfit. Apparently they were waiting for the shipment for it. When i received it, they sent the wrong outfit; How do you mess up an order if you bought it in advance?
I sent it back for a full refund and they can only refund you through checks. Now, the first time they sent the check it NEVER arrived. They voided the first check and never sent me the second one after another month. I contacted them recently regarding my refund, and customer service still can't help me with my order.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL JUST TRY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY! TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW TO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE."
"I placed an order back in mid-june for some Amok gear, taking into account their disclaimer about the lag in time due to customs processing.
It has been almost 2 months and there is no update on my order. I have contacted the company (and they have been very polite) but can offer no further information besides "We don't have it yet"...
I'm still waiting, because they are really the only outlet to get this specific gear, but I wish they were more informative on the kind of time lag one could expect and came to US with order updates rather than making us go to them.
Heres hoping I get my order before the end of august *fingers crossed*. I must say that despite very reasonable pricing, do not order from RaveReady for Amok gear unless you don't need it for quite some time.
EDIT: As the response pointed out, completely my error, I have not yet had funds withdrawn from my account to pay for this order. That observation was entirely incorrect and my fault. Apologies."
