"I ordered on April 8th, it is now May 27th, and still nothing from my order has shipped! 7 weeks! When the order was placed, everything was denoted as "In Stock". On April 16th,the order status was still "processing". I sent an email to Alexia(if she's real", to inquire why my order had not shipped yet. 2 days later, she explained that all 3 items were on back order and that I should probably pick out a different set of UFO's, as they did not know if they would ever have the ones I picked out in stock again. We emailed back and forth to find a set that was actually in stock, and it took 4 options to find a pair. I wasn't happy, but was willing to make the change to get the order. After a few more weeks, and a few more bs emails from Rave Ready, I requested a partial order shipment of whatever was in stock. They said this was impossible, I'm assuming this was because they lied about having anything in stock. I worked for 70+ hours creating a custom dread wig & costume for Knife Party at the Ocean Club's summer opener in Boston, to go with the red/yellow/blue fluffies I had ordered from Rave ready. I went to the show in an incomplete costume, which I was very upset about. I have now stopped receiving emails and responses to my inquiries as of May 16th, and have told them I will be reporting them to my Bank for theft. DO NOT ORDER FROM RAVE READY AS YOU WILL NOT BE RAVE READY BY EVENT DAY! THESE ARE BURNT OUT RAVERS THAT ARE STEALING INNOCENT PEOPLE'S MONEY! AGAIN, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I will never order from these thieves again. Hopefully my money be returned, but we'll see. I have filed a dispute through my bank and got my money back in just a few days. I strongly suggest you all do the same!"

"Horrible business! I ordered over $110 worth of merchandise on April 29, they charged my credit card in a day and it is now May 22, I still have not received anything yet. I tried calling and emails, there were no response whatsoever. I am suspecting it is a scam website. I don't know what to do at this point. It is so frustrating."

"I saw all the reviews about RR and approached them directly with my concerns. I was in constant communication starting Oct 2012. I was told to check back every 2wks for the pants I wanted. Although the site claims it willll arrive in 2wks, MOST ITEMS ARE NOT IN STOCK IMMEDIATELY. You have to wait until in comes into their warehouse, THEN they mail it to you. Finally, March I told them I was ready to order if they were in stock, I was told they were selected and set aside for me, and that yes, the items were available. I ordered Amok Score and Amok Biohazard pants. After placing the order, the Score was not available. I am still waiting for those to come into stock. However, today, I cancelled that order. An employee told me the Biohazard were set aside and mailed. The item arrived in 2days. EXCELLENT. So far it was excellent communication and timing. However, WRONG pants received. I had never even seen them on their site. I was promised a refund of having to send back this wrong item. After I sent the pants back...complete disconnection of communication. I have received NO emails, NO calls, NO response to any of my inquiries and I have been CONSTANTLY messaging them. I sent messages to support AND the employee named Alexia who said they would personally ensure everything went smoothly. PLEASE, AVOID THIS SITE! I still have no item, no refund, and no response after they received their item back at all expenses on my end!!!"

"Their is absolutely no customer service, it has been a week since I've purchased my leggings and it is still saying processing. Not to mention there is never anybody to answer the phones, livechat, or responding to email. This was not my first time purchasing and every other time seemed to be a quick process, this will probably be my last time wasting my time with this company"

"Like others: Ordered products 10 days ago, no shipping confirmation, try to communicate 3 times by e-mail = no answer, try to call during their limited opening hour = no answer (always buzy).

"Extremely disappointed in Rave Ready. I would NOT recommend it to anyone.
After reading all the negative reviews, and searching any other alternatives, I went against my better judgement and decided to order a pair of Amok pants from this place. Shouldn't have bothered.

I bought the pants on March 24. It specifically said that it ships in 2 weeks, but may take up to a month if it is on back order. I decided to get it 2 full months before I needed them, just in case.
2 weeks later. Processing.
4 weeks later. Still processing. Okay, lets give them the benefit of the doubt.
6 weeks later. STILL processing.

May 2nd. I send an email asking about the status. I STILL have yet to receive a response from them. A turn around rate of 2-3 days for an email, sure. But it has since been 7 full business days. And not one response.

May 9th. Sent another email. No response. To be fair, it was only one day, but since I have yet to hear back from my first email, I'm still not in a happy mood.

May 7th. Tried to phone them before work. Although their website says 9-3 PST, the phone line will tell you to call between 10-3. I had to leave for work before 10, so I was a little frustrated about that.

May 9th. During one of my days off, I decided to call. Mind you, I had to go grocery shopping as well, so by the time I called, it was 1:40 PST. Each phone call lasted 1.5 minutes, with half of that just listening to the recorded voice at the beginning/end. I was on hold for only a minute before they told me 'for the fastest response, please email us, or phone back later'. Now, obviously, after more then a week of waiting for an email, I was a little impatient. So for every 20 minutes, I tried calling. Ended up calling 5 times, and never got to speak to a customer response agent.

I was hoping to wear these pants as part of my dance outfit for a convention in 2 weeks (as my cosplay costume is very stiff and unsuited for the parking lot rave) However, considering the lack of replies, and absolutely no change my order, I honestly doubt I will receive it anytime soon.

TLDR: Waited a month and a half for a product that advertises to ship in 2 weeks. Still waiting. Tried to contact customer service, and have had no reply after a week.

"I ordered stuff back in March that is still yet to be shipped. I was told over three weeks ago that everything would be sent out "in a week". Well, that never happened. I would have a little bit less of a problem with this if before I ordered I would have been told it would take a lifetime to receive my order. Unless Rave Ready follows through on these "drastic changes" they are making, I doubt I will ever order from them again, no matter how much I love their stuff."

"Terrible terrible terrible terrible! please do NOT buy from them and let them continue to scam! I have been waiting a MONTH now and I have not received my tanktop along with my two other Poi items.
they just blow smoke up your ass saying "we are waiting on a shipment"

you think you can contact them about it? ha, phone is NEVER answered no matter what time you call. No voicemail. and worst of all? emails take a minimum of a WEEK to be answered.

All "good" reviews are fake so don't think you might get lucky.

Bottome line: DON'T BUY FROM RAVE READY

" Wow, talk about rotten customer service!!!!! Wait let me rephrase that!!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Placed an order on 4/23/13 items on the website said that they were "in stock" Money was taken out of my acct immediately but over a week later my order is still "processing" Have tried to Email.....no response. Tried to call......no one picks up or no option to even leave a message. Need to try to find a way to get my money back!!!!!


Update: Well that was quick!!!!!! Took all of an half an hour to respond to a negative comment. Should of never happened in the first place. Information is important. The web site states things should ship in approx 3 business days, Its been 6 and no word. I just know that the money has been taken out of my acct and no one has responded. What else was I supposed to think?

Update. 5/7/13
Now that there is someone online to "Chat" with, information is there. The people seem very nice and try to do what they can to assure that you get your order as soon as possible.

"So its been over two weeks since i ordered my items, two shirts.... two shirts don't take 2 weeks to ship to CHICAGO from LA!. I had a bumper for a car come in a week from LA to Chicago. I called so many times, its terrible that you guys are sooooo busy that you end up having hanging up the customer. You guys don't reply to emails period. I was a business major, and for you guys to run your business like this is terrible! But I guess you guys like having bad rep on many websites and don't even take it to consideration to fix things.

little update for everyone, its been a MONTH, they told me last week that it would be shipped by the next week. And its still not shipped, took them a week to respond back. and i wrote to them asking a question about the shipping, and its been almost 3 weeks and they havent emailed me back again!

On April 10th I placed an order for $94.25 in products. Rave ready took the $94.25 from my checking and that is the last I’ve heard from them. I placed my order and they quickly took the money from my account. I followed up with them on my site account and all it said is processing so I waited and finally I decided to call. No answer so I emailed there support and I emailed again no response yet…..what the hell, ”if you don’t have it then don’t sell it!”

"Like the others before me. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. Unless you feel like waiting ages for an order. I ordered one pair of pants, one shirt, and suspenders. The suspenders and the pants were made from the same manufacturer and the shirt from another. I experimented by doing two separate orders. One with the pants and shirt, and the other with the suspenders. Both orders were made on 03/07/13 around the same time. I decided to take some initiative and emailed them right after making the order and informed them that I ordered with them previously and wasn't impressed (it took two months with that order) and I wanted a ETA on the orders. They replied 2-4 weeks.

So I waited a little under four weeks and it turns out that one of my orders did ship. Guess which one it was? The suspenders shipped and I received them Apr. 2. I immediately messaged them letting them know my suspenders shipped and I want to know what's up with my pants and shirt. They responded with this:

"I am sorry for the delay. We're just waiting on those two shipments to come in. AMOK usually takes about 2-3 weeks, but sometimes our package get held up at customs. Unfortunately, it is something we cannot control. Sorry about any inconvenience we may have caused.

Thank you for your patience and understanding, have a great day!"

So did anyone see the difference of how long the Aomk takes to come in? Also if the suspenders came from the same manufacturer, then wouldn't they also be held up a customs? And on top of that even if the suspenders were in stock wouldn't they be shipped in around 2-5 days not four weeks? That my logic at least.

Currently I'm waiting for a response from CS on the status of the order. Please listen to me and the other reviews and if you value your money and time.
