"First of all, when an item is out of stock, you say so on your website. You don't wait for people to order it, and then neglect to inform them that the item is currently on "back order". I ordered three items from this store, one of which was out of stock. When, after receiving no shipping notification or anything at all from the company, I logged on to check the 'status' of my order, I noticed on my "invoice" that the quantity for this item was 'zero'. So *I* emailed them and asked if there was a back order - Yes, there was. Okay. Thank you. The item is still listed on their website. After this, I wait a few weeks. I'm a patient person. My order doesn't come, doesn't come, doesn't come... Okay. So I look online at other reviews (should have done this right off the bat, before ordering...) - People saying it takes MONTHS to get your stuff??! So I email again, politely asking for a tracking number. No response. I wait. No response. Then I write a second email informing these people that - Hi, I run a high-volume, one-woman business of my own ONTOP of my regular 9-5 job. My orders? Out the day I receive payment, unless someone orders a custom piece. And then? I work on that custom piece diligently to get it out within 3-5 business days, depending on the piece (I make jewelry - complex jewelry. Enough said). There is NO WAY - No way possible - that my order would take 4 weeks to ship. It is now four weeks later, and I have received no answer. So I'm happily posting this review on every website I can find telling people NOT to order from this scummy website. Go to Etsy and order something original, unique, and lovingly made."

"Ordered on July 9th, item was marked shipped on the invoice July 10th. Was told that I should expect to recieve the items on July 20th, right in time for the event I needed them for.
Tracking showed that the package had been entered in the USPS system on July 10th, but that it hadn't arrived to the post office until July 19th. It sat around the warehouse for 10 days...
After reading others' reviews, I feel very lucky that my package actually was shipped.
Still, I will never order from them again.

"I placed an order in early June to Rave Ready, they charged me the full amount immediately. I was told my order would be ready to ship within the week. So I waited... & waited... & I kept checking the site since it offered tracking services. For over a week it said my order was processing. I emailed them asking why it was still processing. They replied after a few days saying one or more of my products was on back order & they had no idea when they'd get a new shipment. Really? They couldn't let me know when I ordered the stuff? Or even put up something about it on the site? So I waited ANOTHER week. Still "processing". So I emailed them asking to cancel the entire order & for a full refund. No reply. So I had to try & call them during their ridiculous business hours! (Not open long at all). The guy answered, said my order was canceled & told me I'd receive a full refund within 11 days. Well, it's been 3 weeks since I talked to him & still no refund, & if I check my order status it STILL says "processing". This company does NOT know how to do business & I advise to STAY AWAY FROM RAVE READY!!!! Don't let yourself get screwed over!"

"Absolutely the best customer service i have received in a long time. After receiving a pair of defective LED gloves i was dreading the fight with customer service to get the gloves that i paid for. I was astounded at how fast and kind the service at Rave Ready was. There was no fighting, no haggling, simply one Email from me and before i knew it i had a replacement product being shipped to me. Not only does Rave Ready supply quality products but also amazing customer servie agents that truly want to help you with any problems you may have."

"If you are looking for the WORST place to shop you might just have found it. When I placed my order at raveready it still hadnt shipped a few weeks later. I wrote to them to find out what's going on but they never responded to me and when I tried to reach them on the phone within their business hours no one ever picked up the phone. I tried to reach them numerous times to find out what's taking so long. I was willing to cancel some of my items if they were on back order so I could get the rest but when I couldn't reach anyone I ended up deleting my entire order and going to another seller. I think if they are out of an item, their website should say so!"

"I made TWO ORDERS from rave ready, and did not receive a single piece of merchandise from them. The first order, %75 of it was cancelled, and the other pieces had to be shipped directly from the manufacturer. The second order never arrived and I wasn't notified, after 6 weeks I ccontacted them for a refund and an explanation. All they offered me was a measly %10 code that I could have gotten from any promoter. Not even worth my time.

I have NOTHING good to say about Raveready. Their customer service hardly ever replies to emails (I got a reply to I think TWO of at least a dozen emails sent) They are difficult to get ahold of on the phone (short hours and most of the time it goes to voicemail, of which I have never received a callback.)

I gave this company ample opportunity to retain me as a customer, so I'm telling my story!

AVOID RAVE READY!! They are poorly run, poorly managed!! Go to the SOURCE and order from manufacturers themselves!

"Rave Ready has an excellent variety of products, so I was able to find exactly what I needed at very reasonable prices. Unaware that items can often go out of stock, I was a bit upset when there was a delay in my shipment. I commend Anthony for his amazing customer service. He kept in constant communication with me, and my order was shipped 2 days after my inquiry.

I will DEFINITELY do business with Rave Ready again.

"I bought a pair of the XO led gloves back in March. Was really satisfied with how they looked. A month went by and I hadnt even used them but when I went to turn them on, one of them didnt work so I emailed customer service. They quickly responded and with out hesitation they sent me a brand new pair and at no charge. Got the new pair in 3-4 days. I recommend this company to all my friends.

" When my package arrived it had everything I had ordered and the items were even more adorable in person! The thing was it took almost a MONTH for them to ship my order. I had to call twice to see what was going on, and apparently some of my items i ordered weren't even in stock at the time and they were waiting for the items to come into their warehouse. I also ordered 2 packs of star beads which were just taken off my order but wasn't informed that they didn't have them anymore. Although they sell cute stuff, it takes forever for it to get to you.

"I placed my order 2 weeks prior to my party thinking this would be enough time to receive the items. I called the week of the party and they told me they didn’t have all the items in stock at the time. They never contacted me to let me know this. I easily changed the COLORS of the items and was promised they would arrive before the party. Arrived on day late. Useless now."

"Very disappointing again. No communication whatsoever when an item is backordered or worse, unavailable. The customer is just left waiting and wondering WTH is going on. Your customer service is simply the worst whether it's for beads or clothing. If I hadn't called to find out what was going on long after they should have been delivered, I'd still be waiting."
