"RealTruck sold me a cover with missing parts. I opened a ticket within a day.

RealTruck ignored my issue for over a month, then closed it without informing me why.

When I asked, they said I had to start a whole new process with the cover manufacturer. "

"Ordered an AMP Research 74606-01A. First you accepted the order. Then later you emailed saying it was on national back order from AMP Research, and you were refunding the payment. Then later still, you emailed giving a delivery date of 12/14 to 12/19. So I can't tell if it is really coming, or is really on back order. Seems like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. "

"They send the wrong part.
I ask twice about the back liner and he was sure was the correct one.
My truck is half cabin and 2 doors and they send this part "WET-440242 WeatherTech DigitalFit Floor Line"

And he told me that if does not fit he will change.
But that is not the point.

Now we need to waste our time on the RMA.
