Today is October 31st and I still don't have my replacement hinges. During this time I have received the wrong hinges and 8 computer generated emails with boilerplate language assuring me of how important my order is to them. I'm told in the 8th email that the correct parts are now shipped. And I wait..."

"My husband and I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Colorado extended cab with a 6'2 bed. It doesn't have a lot of room in the cab so I purchased the swing box tool boxes and a tonneau cover. I wanted to make sure I got the right parts for the truck since I don't know much when it comes to this kind of stuff and it was a anniversary gift for my husband so I spoke with a customer service representative and he helped me pick out the best option for the truck that we have. The representative actually placed the online purchase for me for the left and right tool boxes as well as the tunnel cover. Everything went great I got the packages 3 Days later, shipping was awesome. My husband was ecstatic! Then we go to install the tool boxes, the parts and the brackets were incorrect or defective which I think is a manufacturer problem not necessarily anything the company did wrong, but then to make matters worse we put the tunnel cover on and it's about a foot and a half too short. The representative that placed the order for me orderd the 5-ft tonneau cover not the 6 ft. Now I have no products that I can actually use out almost $700, almost 2 hours on the phone with customer service trying to fix the issue. All I got was a, sorry and we will send you a new tonneau cover as soon as we get the old one back, and send you a tech support for the brackets that don't match what the instructions call for. I'm just so frustrated cuz I have nothing to show now for the almost $700 I spent. I purposefully placed the order with the customer service so that way I wouldn't go threw this. And who knows when this is actually going to get rectified I am very frustrated at this point. "
