"I had to order through a chat because I couldn't get a real person to answer the phone. I could not find the it em I was looking for. Once I got a person on chat they went through several steps to get me to what I needed. They found it and set up secure payment for me. Now a day later I get a message that this item, which is necessary to make my existing steps work, is on a nation wide backorder with no estimated time to get them in. So now I have steps that do not work. I am handicapped and need the steps to get in my truck. How do you represent Amp Research steps if you don't even have the parts needed. Very disappointed.

"Despite my direct question regarding the location of the warehouse and clearly stated concern over arrival time of my order, the Customer Support Associate did nothing to indicate to me that it would take 2-6 days for the order to process at the warehouse before it even shipped until after I had already completed the order and payment process. And despite my request to speak to a supervisor in an effort to have the order expedited, I was informed this was not an option. If I had been aware of the extended time frame for processing of the order, I would have chosen to shop with a different supplier that would have given me the option to select extra shipping charges to ensure prompt arrival.
The time concern is due to the stitching on my Jeep Wrangler's original rear window finally giving out. I placed this order on a Tuesday at 12:00 EST and my wife and I have a trip planned to leave Saturday morning. So being able to have the several thousand dollars of dive gear concealed behind tinted windows if we stop on the road to have a meal is important. Therefore RealTruck / Rugged Ridge have effectively forced us to get a rental vehicle for the trip since my wife's vehicle doesn't have the cargo capacity to carry all our dive equipment.
Unfortunately 80%+ of all the after market parts on my JK are from Rugged Ridge (bumpers, body protection, mirrors, fender flares, interior convenience upgrades, side steps, skid plates, etc.). I can at this point guarantee that given customer service's inability or unwillingness to assist in expediting this order or inform me of extended delivery time in the first place, the replacement Wrangler I buy in Q1 of 2025 will have no parts from this after market manufacturer."
"Why is zero star never an option? RT was helpful setting up my purchase order. Even emailed me to follow up and see if I still was interested in purchasing a Tonneau cover from them. After the purchase, there was a broken part that I requested be replaced. 6 Weeks later, numerous different attempts to reach someone about the broken part, I still have not heard a reply from customer Service or a call back from customer Service. Not worth the trouble to ever want to do business again with Real truck. "

"I purchased a cover back in October 2023 for my 2024 Tundra pickup. From the start I had problems keeping cover down at tailgate area because handles they provided with cover continued to come loose. I reached out last week to Real Truck to see what could be done. Although I was told I still had a warranty I found out after 30 days they would not take cover back. That was fine I tried making a fix, I tried using the knobs they provided for the end of cap close to back window. They worked and would solve problems. I ask if they could send me 4 of them, I was told since I was using them on tailgate end they would not cover under warranty even if I had just come up with a way to lock cover down and would beore safe when driving. I ordered 4 and they are charging me almost $70.00. This will be last time I purchase from Real Trucks again because they didn't treat me fairly and didn't stand behind product."

"I called to verify if a part was available, and the rep said yes and sent a link through which to order it. After placing the order, a couple days went by, and I followed up on the chat and was told they don’t have visibility into the parts and I had to wait a few days to hear back from the manufacturer. That doesn’t make sense and I’ll have to cancel the order."
