"I purchased fender flares for my 1995 Bronco. When they arrived, they weren't even close to fitting. I called customer service and requested a refund. They said someone would send me a return label, but it's been 4 days and no return label or refund. I've emailed and called 2x to no avail. There's no reason customer service couldn't send me a return label while I was on the phone the first time like normal retailers. I'm beyond frustrated and hope other customers don't experience the same frustration as I have."
