Worst customer service & follow up I have every experienced !!!

"Bed covered they delivered leaked. 3 months later & still can’t get them to answer simple question about arrival of new one.
They are now telling me I won’t get answer until end of November.

"All these reviews are true it seems and I’m only sad I performed my business with them at all. Love and learn right. Trust me. Spend your money elsewhere. They do not care about you at all or care about taking care of you. You will regret it afterwards especially if you have an issue so do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. "

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

"Pay more somewhere else! Customer service is the worst. The ‘guaranteed fit’ BS they sell you on is a lie, total joke. Real Truck stands behind NOTHING! I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
Bought a $600 EVO cover for my Tacoma. Doesn’t seal to the top of the tailgate. So after 60 days of **** to real truck, they ship me $0.50 of Home Depot foam weather stripping like you would use around a storm door. WTF! Then, they close the service order without even asking if I’m satisfied. Hey real truck, I’M NOT EVEN CLOSE TO SATISFIED!
Take your business elsewhere everyone.

Great company

"Ordered a tonneau cover for my dodge 1500 despite bad reviews. Was very satisfied with the product which was shipped much faster than I expected. Don't understand all the bad reviews, maybe they should double check the fit before ordering. I will deffinatly order from this company in the future

"disappointed,after spending $968.00 on a brake job I drove away with the same problem they were spose to fix. Quoted $Quoted $500.00 charged 968. 00 I would of been fine with the increase if it was fixed but they made no change to the problem. "

Incompetent and Rude Customer Service, Bad Company to do business with....

"I ordered a set of steppers for my husband's truck and received the wrong ones. A week later, emails and phone calls in between I was able to get a Fed Ex label to send them back. I order a set of Running Boards instead and received them used and scratched. The customer service staff is extremely rude, they **** you around, long waits on the phone and then disconnects... not surprising....it was a struggle to get them sent back even when I sent them pictures of how the item looked. Unacceptable for them to ship an used item and charge you for a new one, the wrapping of the boards said it all. Bad Company and to all of that...a lesson learned, I found better and cheaper ones in Amazon."

Can’t replace an electric bed cover remote

"This company jerker me around for 8 months before telling me they’d have to replace an entire electric box. So instead of a$30 remote, they wanted $250. The cover cost over $2,000"

Wrong address and no help

"I just bought a tonneau cover and bed mat for my new truck and they shipped it to the wrong address! Called their customer abuse line and they are barely interested in helping. If the abuse person doesn't break a nail, she will call FedEx and ask them to pick up the packages and send them back to realf(tr)uck.

Of course if FedEx declines to go back and ask for the merchandise, or if the people at the house decline to give the merchandise to FedEx, I am out $412.00.

Customer satisfaction is not a concern for realf(tr)uck; as long as they get their money, they are good to go.

I so wish I had checked their ratings prior to purchase; these people are get 71.4% one ratings

incompetent customer service

"We ordered seatcovers for our f150 and after partially installing them we realized the piece for the armrest wasn’t going to fit.i contacted realtruck and after wasting 40 minutes with customer service he said he would connect me to a tech who may be more familiar with these covers.i sent pictures and this tech couldn’t figure it out and said he would have to contact the manufacturer. 4 days later after many unreturned calls to this “tech” he finally emailed me that I had ordered wrong ( I figured this out after talking to this joker by simply checking other companies websites that were very clear about the difference) he told me that it was the manufacturers discretion whether to accept the refund because we had partially installed them.all I need is anew armrest not new seats which I expected realtruck to handle but all I am getting is the run around.i contacted the manufacturer hopefully they will make things right.i wish I had found this site before my husband ordered from this crappy company."

It's hard to find good reviews for online merchants. Wish I saw this site first!

"Ordered seat covers on July 5th. Was promised by the sales person on the phone that they would "most likely" be shipped out by 7/22 and to expect delivery in 3-4 weeks. I'm in week 7 now and it hasn't shipped yet. I get that custom covers need to be hand made and that's what I'm paying for. But lying to get a sale is never an excuse and there will be no way that we'll ever order from this company again.

If there is anything satisfactory about the company, it's that they were able to change the drop ship address 4 weeks after the order. Not a big deal because nothing had been completed yet, but they sure make it sound like a big deal on their website.

Horrible

"I will start off by saying I have documents to support this review so it is a true review. On June 8, 2019 I ordered seat covers for my husband’s truck and was immediately charged $205.59. When confirmation came back the pattern was wrong. I contacted Real Truck and corrected the pattern the same day. Got the cancelation on June 13 and put in new order. Got confirmation on that order on June 19. On June 29 I emailed the company to check on delivery and was told it takes 10 - 15 business days to have order processed and shipped. On July 11 I emailed again and had no response. On July 15 I put in a complaint to PayPal and they contacted the company. On July 25 after not hearing anything I escalated the complaint. The very next day my seat covers were shipped, 49 days after I was charged for them. This is a horrible company and I think if you don’t pursue your complaint with them you will not receive your purchase. They don’t even deserve 1 star."

Their "Best Price Guarantee" is a hoax

"I contacted realtruck.com about a lower price on their Vision Rocker wheels and Kelly H. was very nice on the chat but she told me she was unable to meet/beat the price I was showing her on a competitors website. She did offer me $10 off per wheel and they have free shipping but they would still be $30 per wheel more expensive.
I don't think you can call it a best price guarantee if it's not guaranteed. #falseadvertising

Worst Shopping Experience Ever!!!

"Order retrax power pro bed cover. Took longer than expected to ship. The canister was damaged, one of the rails was bent, and had a hole stripped out of it. I paid $2800 for the cover. I’m very disappointed!!! Never Again!! Real truck is a joke!! Don’t waste your time!!!!"
