"Bought cat back exhaust for my pick up they said would fit on it. Received all exhaust parts but the header pipe from the cat is a straight pipe where the stock pipe had a curve in it. The straight pipe is hitting a cross beam of the frame. I emailed customer service 10 times in a 2 week period with no response. I finally called and talked to Tim Warren he took another week to answer me after I sent him pictures of the old and new exhaust and the issue I'm having. When he finally did respond his answer was to just push it up a little. Lol Wtf? Unbelievable how **** customer service is and no help or answers"

"Purchased step/nerf bars for my Ford truck. Same bars from manufacturer and other vendors showed 1-5 day shipping depending on certain variables and RealTruck.com price was a little cheaper and shipping was free. Ordered on 6/16 and money was withdrawn from my account immediately (Sunday). A week went by and I hadn't received any shipping info. Upon logging in to my customer account I noticed order was listed as pending fulfillment/order number unavailable. I did online chat which was based out of North Dakota and completely pointless. I believe their online chat is a robot and/or software only. Called and was informed that the product would ship in 10 to 20 business days. I had to lose my temper to even get an order number. On days 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22 I called and tried the bot chat over and over as well as sent daily emails. No calls or emails returned and bot chat answered as expected. Finally was able to talk to an agent and said I was done and to please cancel my order - they stated order would be submitted to cancellation department and this could take 1-3 business days to approve before a refund could be submitted. Still no word on a shipping date. Seriously?? While on the phone with my bank to dispute the charge and and label real truck as fraudulent I get an email stating Fedex had delivered the item to my door. What the Heck man?? I have yet to get home and inspect the product. I'm prepared for the worst...... "
"On June 29 I purchased a top for my jeep. They withdrawed the money out of my account on the same day. I waited several days and called only to be told they had 10 business days to ship the item. When I called on the tenth day to find out why it was not shipped, I was told that it was only the 9th business day becasue they where closed on July 5th. I was then contacted today only to be told the item was discontinued and I would be getting a full refund. I have yet to receive my refund and am still out the top for my jeep. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. "

ITEM was delivered broken and OH WOW were we in for a treat. "I placed a order for a Bug screen for my 2016 Ford F-350 pick up they ran my card and I received a text from my card holder card showing that I had *** available after $38.11 purchase at REALTRUCK OCALA US on 06/14 at 10.24AM CT with your card ending in**** never received the order. I called and spoke with Susan in customer service she said the order did not go through because the zip code did not match the card I explained to her that the card is a Netspend rewards card, Rewards card meaning no billing sorta like a Gift card and dose not have a billing address there for no zip code. she told me the order will not go through with out a zip code so after going back and forth with her I asked her to cancel the order she said the order did not go through, I explained to that $38.11 was taken out of my account by RealTruck I Evan sent Susan the text from the net spend account showing the transaction. Susan still says the order did not go through, But I am out $38.11 and no Bug screen. I was told a supervisor would call me back no call. This has been going on now for three weeks. I know its only $38.11 but after reading all the other complainants RealTruck needs to be held accountable they are ripping people off and getting away with it. "
