"These people are ridiculous. They pulled the fake shipping scam on me also today. I signed up for this site and will post on Amazon also because of their selling techniques. They signed me off their website for a Samsung UN55F9000 55" Series 9 LED 4K Ultra hd Tv for a grand total of 1479.99. On the screen where the tv was at it actually said Free Shipping. The next day I get a call and they said they needed $350 dollars for shipping because it was a large item. They then said he would see if they could give me a better deal. He came back and said he could do it for $270 dollars. I said I wasn't interested and would rather go to Amazon and get it from them. He told me that they also were on Amazon. So.....They will be getting a bad reviw on Amazon also. I told him to have a nice day and I cancelled my order.
After that I came to this site. Look at all the 5/5 reviews. They are bunched on the same days. Always stating close to the same thing. Not only are these guys genius's they are predators. Also go on South Florida BBB site and see their rating. It is an F. I wish I would have checked these people out first. Stay away, not only did they waste my time on this review they stole countless minutes of my time on their website and phone. I wish I could give them a 1/2 star for their service. Check all reviews on them and stay away. Check them out all across the Internet they are pulling the same scam."

First after placing my order I got e-mail from them that they can not verify my credit card and I need to call them. Well, when I called them they stated that free shipping is on small items only and i need to pay almost $200 in shipping fees. If free shipping for small items only why web site allows to select it when you order a TV.
Second: The TV when it arrived is not working. instead of offering to replace it, they told me I have to go through Samsung to get it fixed or replaced. That is BULL.

"Received order,tv looks great and is extremely clear and customer service is friendly and helpful.When I received tv it was missing the free mounting bracket and hdmi cable too so I called customer service and it is being fedexed today and I was given the fedex tracking number today and she said it should be here by wed or Thursday can't beat that for customer service.The prices are the best around for what I was looking for and they were the lowest by $27 and gave me a free mounting bracket and free hdmi cable plus it has a 2 year warranty,1 year with Sharp and 1 additional with Bigboxsuperstore.com.So long Best Buy,HH Gregg and Walmart with the low quality 60 hz tvs,lol.There is no comparison to 240hz and 12 million pixels compared to some of the other low end retailers with high prices for low end tvs.Thank Bigboxsuperstore.com for all your help with my selection. They will let you check out with free shipping, then call you to tell you that you have to pay for "Handling and Insurance" In my case for a $4,600 order, the additional charge they wanted to hit me with was $580. I had no problems checking out without being charged this, they sent me an invoice without this charge, but then added it after the fact. I cancelled my order and will never do business with them."

"My experience with BigBoxSuperStore was no less than absolutely spectacular. I really had my heart set on a Samsung un65hu9000, which is a very high end TV with a very high end price, but THANK GOD for places like this that offer such a HUGE reduction in price compared to the bigger stores. I pretty much saved $1,000 dollars by buying here. Thats a pretty big deal. Imagine walking into a store and seeing something for one price, then the store next door has the exact same thing for $1,000 off?
BigBox offered the absolute lowest price on the internet! Not to mention I got the USA model of the TV as they promised, while other sellers push the international crap on you.
Not only was the price difference huge, but the customer service really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to enjoy the TV right out of the box, saving me more money and time. I got a FREE high end HDMI cable and a FREE wall mount. Thats a pretty big deal because those things usually run you at least another $200-300, and I doubt any other websites will offer that for free because they would try to squeeze some more money out of you.
While I was finalizing my order on the phone with the nice customer service guy, he even told me that the TV was going to ship out same day, which means they keep their TVs in stock! If you never ordered something big online before, then you know that most of the times these companies take a while to get the item you ordered and then have it shipped out. This is a HUGE plus for BigBoxSuperstore.
I got my tracking number and the TV got delivered to my living room in 3 days flat. No damages and the TV worked great right out of the box. I will be ordering a 55 inch Samsung for my bedroom within the next few days as I see that their price on it is $400 less than the next guy - Will update my review after I get that.
Do yourselves a favor and avoid the hassles and expenses by buying from bigboxsuperstore. At the end of the day, who has time to negotiate price back and forth?"
