You will get a great price all the way to checkout including free shipping. BUT --- EXPECT A CALL LATER.. telling you that insurance is required... expect the quoted amount for it to be totally outrageous ... if you say cancel the order they will all of a sudden lower the rate with some bullcrap managers coupon... but the price will still be a lot more than you had at checkout.
My first mistake -- told them OK -- ship it. What the heck was I thinking ? DONT LET THEM PULL THIS ON YOU !
When I checked shipping insurance rates with a few shippers and 3rd party insurance I found the amount --- Bigboxsuperstore --- charged to be MUCH higher... and the original quoted amount was CRAZY CRAZY high --- DONT FALL FOR THIS LIKE I DID --- You are NOT REALLY getting free shipping.
EXPECT TO GET AN E-MAIL YOUR ITEM HAS SHIPPED.... but in fact that only means they printed a label. Even though I was told my TV would ship that day it wasnt. FEDEX didnt have it for 4 more days.

Another thing that has me bothered is when the TV got here it was the strangest packaging I have ever seen for a new TV. Lots of random wads of bubble wrap in the box and the TV stand was missing all the screws to put it together.... then later the next day we found that the warranty page has clearly been cut out of the owners manual. It was obvious that a razor blade had been used because the cut went into the next pages in the manual. At this point with all of the deceitful business practices this company is using I am not entirely sure this is a new TV at all .... could it be a remanufactured ? I will never know.
BOTTOM LINE -----
YES -- I GOT THE TV AND IT SEEMS TO WORK FINE. OK.... I AM HAPPY WITH THAT AND I WILL LIVE WITH IT.
YES -- I GOT TAKEN IN THE BAIT AND SWITCH INSURANCE SCAM.
NO -- IT DID NOT SHIP WHEN PROMISED
WHY -- IS THE WARRANTY PAGE CUT OUT OF THE MANUAL ?
NO -- I WOULD NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN...... THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS IS JUST WRONG ! Do your own research ... after I had this experience with them I looked at reviews and found plenty where they did the same to other people.

PLAY IT SAFE AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

EDIT 6/23/2014 -- this vendor contacted me today asking me to raise my star rating on them. When I refused they offered to refund the amount they charged me for insurance in return for a higher star rating. I refused again as I cannot endorse this company. Apparently now they have requested my review be removed as a violation of policy #9 .... which basically states that the transaction never occurred at all.
Unbelievable ! My credit card statement shows it did.
