Best customer service especially Laura!

"I have shopped many luxury preloved websites but I must say that Rebag is at the top of the list.. I especially want to give a shout out to Laura Lindel who is beyond amazing. She goes above and beyond to find the perfect bag, is patient and knowledgeable about the inventory and helps with returns and shipping. She is like my personal shopper and I appreciate the individual attention from her that I cannot get from other websites
The bags I receive are always in better condition than what is stated.. The only negative is that you have to pay for return shipping and there is a very small window to initiate that return and ship it back.. I can overlook all that because the service I receive from Laura makes up for it.

Thank you Rebag for your wonderful selection and most importantly Laura!!!

Sharmane was a great help!

"I had placed an order with no follow up email so I chatted via the rebag app with Sharmane to get the status of the bag I ordered. Sharmane was professional and courteous, helped me figure out what the issue was (the email I provided didn’t save and my Facebook email that I don’t even know was used) she corrected the problem, and now I should have my bag in about 6 days versus the order being in limbo. I appreciate her help so much and look forward to delivery. Thank you!"

Enjoyable and Welcoming

"I visited the Madison Ave. store 30 min. before closing, but they let me in with warm welcome. The bag I wanted was not exactly the color I expected, but as the salesperson I was chatting with was knowledgeable in fashion and gave me lots of ideas—and yet she didn’t pressure me to buy!—I ended up buying the bag and now it has become one of my favorite wardrobe items!

Terrible customer service, misrepresented items

"Orders a Chanel wallet that came with numerous scuffs on the exterior which were not mentioned in the original listing. Double checked multiple sites where the same wallet (one of a kind) was listed and none included details regarding the scuffs. Compared pictures of what I received to what was in the pictures, no scuffs in the pictures?? Rebag refused to offer any kind of refund besides a complete return. Customer service didn’t help at all. Purchased from Rebag on Tradesy, so they were no help either, told me to take it up with the seller.

Rebag occasionally has great prices for good items, but it's a risky purchase, which I know now after my purchase. Item can be damaged after photos have been taken, numerous articles and former employees (based on my own research) have said that not everyone authenticating bags is properly trained. I've seen reports of fake items. Warning others now to be careful with this site! I didn't receive the item in the photos, mine arrived damaged, and they won't do a thing about it. By the time Rebag responded (literally days later) to my personal messages/requests and requests from Tradesy (where Rebag's item was listed), the return window was closed anyway

The Best First Time Purchase Experience EVER!!I

"This my first time making a purchase with REBAG and I had a great experience. Soon as I logged in Lisa a stylist sent me a email letting me know about available discounts. I had an initial issue with a discount offer Pauline and Lorey assisted me quickly for a positive resolution. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and worked to make sure I had wonderful customer service and the best outcome. I have had a similar experience with a competitor and the resolution was not a good one. Thank you Pauline and Lorey for your assistance. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. To add, I received my order within a few business days. The shipping time was excellent!! And I didn't have to request and expedited shipping. My purchase was packaged securely within it's box and dust bag. I received my detailed REBAG certification card to assist in authenticating my FENDI purchase, which is awesome "

Legit experience!

"I’d been searching for GM Raspail for about a year now. I always reverted back to Rebag bc the ones that sold previously looked to be in new condition! Late one night I hopped on and there it was!
