There was no one before or after me, and the two people who helped me out with my drop off were extremely rude. They did not like the fact I walked in without an appointment. Being a customer, I did not even have to explain why I was unable to make an appointment but because of their rudeness and to soothe ambiance, I explained that I live far and tried to come to drop off while I was near Arcadia and missed the confirmation message that says that scheduling an appointment is needed. And the guy who helped me out said "well make sure to read next time"...Rude from beginning to end. "

"About two years ago, I purchased a Valentino Allover Rockstud Dome Handbag at a resale shop in NYC. "I sold a pristine Louis Vuitton bag that had never been used, still had the tags inside, and was in the original dust bag. I have photos of the bag showing its condition. Rebag offered me $925 for it. So I sent it to them. After they "inspected" it, they claimed it had discoloration and scratches on it, which I have the photos to prove that it absolutely did not. I wrapped it inside the dust bag and in bubble wrap before putting it in the box. So they lowered the offer to $765. After this happened, I started looking at reviews of them online and discovered that this is their MO (no doubt to increase their profit margins, to make this kind of business profitable), they entice you with a big offer for your bag and then they invent a reason to fraudulently lower the offer after they have the bag in hand. Then they give you the option to decline the offer and get your bag back, but from what I read, sometimes the bag never makes it back to you and often the bag comes back to you with damage that it did not have when you sent it out. So I accepted their low-ball offer in order to avoid potentially ending up with a damaged bag or no bag at all, which I assume is what most of their victims do. I wish I had known what a scam this is, and I would have sold the bag online myself. Putting this out there so others don't make the same mistake I did. "
