"I have been using rebag for quite some time for both buying and selling and have had positive results. I recently received a quote in which I attempted to accept however a glitch in the system happened which invalidated the quote. I resubmitted the item and received a quote that was not in line with the original. I then reached out to my rep Namrata Shah who worked with me for days to resolve the issue. She was the intermediary between customer relations and myself for over a week to resolve the issue. She even messaged me on her day off to make sure I was aware she was still actively working on this. I cannot say enough about the service Namrata provided and it is something I will never forget.
