"I purchased my Chanel tote using credits from selling my LV and couldn't be more pleased. I hardly ever used the LV, but I use this as my every day bag in rotation with my Goyard and Hermes bags. It arrived in the exact condition listed (better than expected, actually) although it did take a while to ship. "It’s unfortunate that I still buy from them only because I have credits. I’m pretty sure that is how they sustain. I have reached out several times to address my concerns with a used bag being priced at a higher cost than retail. They’re responses take days and they’re rationale is that they base the pricing on availability. This is not true or fair because I’d given them a current example that shows the same exact item brand new and available on the Louis Vuitton website for 900 less than what they’re selling theirs at. It’s quite sad regardless of the convenience of trading it in for a credit. Another major concern is it took 3 weeks to receive the box to return an item and another 2 weeks for them to process the credit. It’s disheartening that if I want to return a bag, it’s not a priority. Lastly, with each bag I’ve purchased their shipping is not a priority. It takes a minimum of a week to receive. Let’s be honest, target or Walmart would ship out faster than this company. I just bought my last overpriced bag from this company. They do not honour the customer, the service is terrible, the brand is diminishing and this is more than enough reason to not support businesses like these. The real real is the best alternative to buying used bags and more. I hope whomever is in charge of Rebag is highly alerted by these honest and poor reviews of how their business is operating. "
"They described the bag as a medium and sent me a mini bag. The description also said excellent and there was no indication of any flaws due to use but the bag came with hardware scratches and minor wear. Once I returned the bag, I had to hound them down with multiple phones calls, unreturned emails etc for them to finally give me my refund. They had the audacity to charge me $20 for returning the product which was clearly not described properly in the first place.
I’d advise you to go to the real real instead. I’ve shopped there for a years and service and everything is impeccable. "

I confirmed with sales that this item comes with authenticity card and they assured me 100% it does as shown. Bag arrived with NO authenticity card. Contacted sales and kept giving me excuses and gave me a $50 refund for the error. I need the authenticity card not $50 since it will be difficult for me to resell it without it.
