"I made a purchase through Rebag and needed to return it, which I did promptly using their shipping label they provided using UPS, two days later it continued to show it in transit, this was July 16th. I have sent multiple emails to Rebag since they have to file the claim with UPS and I am not receiving any further follow-up. They provided a phone number to call only to be told that all lines are busy and to call again, which I have several times, or to go online. Here I sit with a large charge and no merchandise or any follow-up that a refund is being processed. I would never recommend doing business with them, buyers & sellers beware!!"

They came back that they cannot accept the bag because of the additional wear and tear. I had it for two months and literally never took it outside. How is that possible? Bye Rebag. "

I emailed customer service. I asked if they could reconsider my return. I am now out of work, thanks to the Covid-19 outbreak. The difference in price could mean the difference in eating for a week.
No one ever had the decency to respond to my request.
