"I Spent $1100 on a Chanel purse from Rebag they guarantee it’s authentic. it’s not authentic!! I can tell by the straps. they’re very thin gold link straps and the material going through the links stops in certain places and ends in certain places and doubles. It’s veey inconsistent & it’s definitely not a real Chanel!! They are a scam!! I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company and getting my money back from Rebag!"

"Purchased three bags, paid for them, then was told that I needed to do online verification by sending a copy of my credit card and license over an unsecured email. I thought it was a fraudulent email, until I found out they were serious. When I attempted to rectify the situation, I further found out that the sales associate didn't even put my full name on the shipping order, did not now the proper protocol for purchases and then when corporate contacted me I was told they were educating the staff on this issue. Again, still insisted upon my sending photo of credit card and license as verification when I actually had appeared in the store with my credit card in hand. When I expressed my dismay with the process, the corporate employee began actually challenging my concern about the verification process. Needless to say the order was cancelled. I might add, that despite the issue of the verification process they were certainly quick to remove over $6,000 dollars from my account despite there concerns. "

"People should be aware of Rebag’s business practices. Their company sold an Hermes Kelly to me via Tradesy, on an official store account. Rebag repainted this bag in order to freshen it up. I never wore the purse, so when I came to their Melrose Place location to return & receive a store credit per their 6 month policy, they informed me that they would not honor their stated policy because it was sold on a “third party site” (SELLER WAS REBAG!) and they would not accept the bag anyways because it was repainted ... by THEM!
