"Received the carrier and ramp in very good condition. Assembly was pretty much a breeze, but the carrier doesn't balance well on it's own, so use a jack stand or box (or helper) until the nuts are on the bolts. A little bit of noncritical cutting was needed on the floor grate, as it interfered with the setting of the carriage bolts. All the parts were there, and the unit was well protected in the shipping carton. I don't anticipate any trouble with this combination toting my snowblower around town. Rest assured, though, if there are any major problems in the near future, Reesehitches will hear about it. For now....Very Satisfied! Thanks for a (hopefully) great product at an excellent price! Ed"
