"I called to speak to a specialist because I do not have the knowledge to choose which item I was needing. After answering a few questions he gave me two options and said I could review them online....which I did and made a purchase. Once we get the item and start to attempt to assemble the kit we realize that the adjustable drop hitch isn't long enough for our set-up. Which caused me to have to buy another one for $80. I think the kits should come customizable to my set-up. "

"I am very happy with the overall experience. I received my order faster than promised with one exception. One of my packages was missing, but I received a call within minutes of me discovering the issue. Asking me if I could l let them know which package was lost so they could send a replacement. The missing part was sent that day and the shipment tracking shows that I will receive it today. Which was when I originally expected to get my shipment to start with. I will be using them again."
