"It was hard to establish my account. I didn't know when I was done, so clicked on the button at the bottom saying something like "Create Account." But that it appears then erased everything and I had to redo things, including reenter my state, my passwords, go through the CAPTCHA approval, etc. Was a pain, but I finally skipped the Create Account and took a chance that my account had been established, and it was!
Not getting a return call from customer service when I chose the option for a call-back rather than sitting on hold for an extended period was very disappointing."

"I purchased putty. It was difficult because not enough info was revealed when clicking on the item. In buying putty, you need to know the density and how much you want. I needed 16 oz but the item did not disclose its density nor whether it was multiple containers adding up to 16 oz, or just one with 16 oz. Also no place to select desired density"

"I tried to set up an account and was unsuccessful. I filled out everything and the red notices of missing info kept saying that my email address was already entered. Then when I'd reenter my password, I'd again get the message that my email was already entered. Then the default, when asking for reentering info, erases the state and several times I'd jut reentered it and didn't see that it was again deleted. All in all, I was never able to complete the info to set up an account and finally gave up. If it weren't for the fact that you had the best price on the device I want, I would have gone to another business that had my product. You need to make the process of opening an account more user friendly."
