"I ordered an ultrasound machine. After a week of not receiving a shipping notification, I emailed the company, which responded that it had not shipped yet. I responded to the email and asked for the order to be cancelled and ordered the same machine from another company (it shipped the next day). The Rehab Store sent the order anyway. When I contacted them to make a return, I was told it would take 5-7 business days to have a return label emailed to me. It took 9 business days. Apparently the shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from my return, even though I returned the product due to their delay. This company is a joke. "
"I had moved since my last order. As I tried to check out, the site noted that I used to have a different zip code, and should enter the old zip code. Of course, that would have sent the package to the wrong address. After multiple searches and tries (over several days, mind you) , I discovered that I could change the zip code on my profile and that would let me order. How I got to my profile I'll never know: I tried to log into my account at first., but didn't have a password. I asked for a reset email, but never received one! Frankly, if I knew anywhere else that carried what I needed,I would have gone there in a heartbeat. Please fix this before I need another insole."
