"I have been buying these carpal tunnel adhesives from Rehab Store since 2017. They are lifesaving. However, your website ordering experience is problematic. I initially tried to bypass the password part because I couldn't remember and more importantly, ...why?...and then the system refused my nearly $200 order. So I tried again and asked for the forgotten password function. The reset email never came. So I tried a different email address AND a different form of payment and it finally allowed me to order. My HANDS hurt and I have spent 30 minutes retyping information just to reorder your excellent product. Make it work better, please."

"Process flawed badly.
1: DIscount code (RASCA $30 off on orders of $250 or more) would only apply randomly. Kept receiving error that the order did not no meet minimum.(It was $294 before discount
2: Attempted to place order multiple times only to receive a message that your system was having issues and to try again.
3: Would not accept primary credit card. Had to use another to process order.
