"Ordered a replacement key for my MacBook. The one I received was scratched to hell and rendered completely unusable thanks to broken clips on the underside. I was, perhaps mistakenly, under the impression that I was getting a new OEM part. I've emailed them twice with pics and have yet to hear back. Very disappointed that they couldn't take two seconds to at least ensure they were shipping a usable product. Beyond that, it looks like they sent me one from an utterly trashed machine. After decades of using computers, I've never damaged a key as bad as the one sent. Don't even know how I could! I wish I'd done a little research first and will never use this company again. "

"I don't know why everyone is writing only bad review. When I ordered from them and only after read all the reviews I thought it's a scam and I've wasted my money. PayPal did a refund for me and i forgot about it. But what a surprise it was when the keys actually came to me via mail! It's just as I ordered, with mechanism and exactly for my keyboard, so in fact I can't complain at all."
"At first they seemed pretty good, having the exact key I needed on their list. So I placed the order and the next day got an email saying it was shipped so I was really excited! But a week later, they sent me another email telling me to ignore that shipping email cause they didn't have the key in stock. They gave me a few options to choose from and I chose the 2nd one cause that was to just get the keycap and nothing else. I sent them the email same day giving them my choice.
2 weeks go by and nothing. I sent them a message through their site asking about what was happening, but got no response. I tried messaging again a month later to see if my messages were just overlooked. Turns out they just never responded all together. Finally issued my refund through PayPal almost another month later.
TL;DR Don't give them your money! They're a scam and I'm sad I didn't read these reviews earlier."
"I used their info request form to ask about key compatibility with my laptop, since the pictures on their site didn't seem to match up to what I have. Didn't get a response for a month, so I sent an email directly, and waited yet another month. Since I needed multiple keys I figured I'd order one just to see if it would actually work. The order itself, of course, went through immediately. The only positive part of this transaction was that the order was shipped fairly quickly. But the key didn't fit, which is why I had emailed them in the first place. I sent them a follow-up to see about potential solutions and that was a month ago.
TL;DR: They're a garbage company with no customer service and likely a scam. "
