"I was having problems with the ABS brakes on my 1992 Chevy G20 Van. I found a few sites that said they had the parts but when it came to ordering the ABS components I hit a brick wall.
Most sites will not take your order if you don't have an US address let alone reply.(Nerds)
Rock Auto's site accepted my order without any fuss. I was then quickly contacted by Christopher Koph with the option to have my parts rebuilt.
He arranged for me to send my parts to the US for rebuilding and the return back to me.
The fact that I was in Australia made no difference, it all went like clockwork.
We don't have any local full sized vans in Australia, we are fed a constant stream of unsuitable 4 cylinder vans.
We have plenty of local importers that supply American parts but with only limited parts for Chevy vans.
Our family of 6 can travel in comfort and safety once again.
I'll be telling everyone I can how I could not have repaired my van without Rock Auto.
Having the Chevy van back on the road again is priceless.

"I have done business with RockAuto before but never needed to return an Item. I have ALWAYS gotten exactly what I thought I was ordering and never needed to make a return. When you need to return something, this is when you find out WHO you are dealing with! I thought I needed an entire Drive Shaft and was told I only needed the Boots (My Mistake). I called RockAuto and all I was told to do was sent it back in the original box and give them the tracking number. I sent it back on the 30th of July and less than 10 days later I see the Credit on my Account! No Muss and no Fuss! I will always shop them first between the Price and the Return policy, no reason to go elsewhere."

"I ordered brake pads, rotors, balljoints, stabilizer bar links, and an axle from RockAuto, in preparation for redoing most of my front end.
The parts arrived quickly, but unfortunately the axle was damaged in shipping. I was quite bummed. As the axle was so heavy, i was going to lose any monetary benefit from ordering online vs local when I shipped the part back.

When I told RockAuto about the damage, and emailed photo's of the peened over collar, they immediately told me they were shipping out a replacement part, at no charge to me, and did not require me to ship them the damaged part back. WOW!
I still had to wait a few extra days for the part, but knowing that they were so willing to fix any problems left me quite impressed, especially as they weren't the cause for the issue anyway. ( i blame fedex)
