"I found the website with a yahoo search "1999 suburban wiper control board". I was taken directly to the part and given several choices including OEM(GM Delco). I have had a lot of those (5 or 6, I bought my truck new in 1998)and they have all failed. I decided to try an aftermarket part which claims to have addressed the design problem (ground contacts failing) on the GM parts. This aftermarket part also cost less than half of the Delco at this site and about 20% of one locally (Dealership). Rockauto really cares about the customer and our cars and even provided me with a tip to have my order shipped to my work address to help me save a few dollars on shipping. One recommendation I would make is to offer alternative shipping services that are cheaper. Since most of us work on project cars, it wouldn't matter if the shipping takes a little longer if it's cheaper.
