"I went to the website because several internet car forums gave high marks to your company. Fuel pump easy to locate and purchasing was a breeze. My complaint is that I ordered on a Friday and selected 2 day shipping via FedEx. The part in fact did not ship until Monday. I ended up getting my part Wednesday instead of receiving it Monday. If 2 day air is not going to happen for three days I gave my money away. Shipping via USPS would have been much cheaper and I still would most likely have received my part just as fast. I am frustrated that you use a shipping company that does not run on weekends (good union I suppose) and yet are willing to take my money. All the while you know full well that my order will not ship for at least 72 hours. This completely negates "2 Day" shipping idea.
Other than shipping, part came double boxed for safety, fit like it should and worked as soon as I hit the key. Thanks.

"I had not fixed my wifes side view mirror because the part was hard to find at a reasonable price...out of wrecked cars. Then I happened upon the Rock Auto website, and there it is, in stock for about 25-50% of what I was finding used ones with no guarantee. So I placed the order and in just a few days it showed up! I expected a week or more. Less than a half an hour installation and my wife was tickled to have it working again. Thanks Rock Auto for a great product at a great price in a short period of time!
