"I have ordered dozens of parts from rockauto and I have found that they are consistently on time with their shipments and are typically one of the least expensive options.

However, they have a poor return policy on parts and have even poorer customer service response times. I inadvertently ordered the wrong part number and tried return it unused and re-order the correct part. This was my error and I expected to pay additional shipping cost and any difference in the part. RockAuto refused to accept the unused part and told me in an email that I should sell it on craigslist. Any local auto parts store would have accepted the return of an unused part.

You may save a few dollars, but be prepared for the lousy customer service. "
