I'm delighted to be able to order the spare parts for my car (Pontiac) from Rockauto. All shipments to Switzerland were performed to my best satisfaction.
Even Customer assistance worked fine, when I received by error only 1 instead of the 3 items ordered. The missing parts were sent to me immediately after my complaint without any further costs (neither shipping costs nor handling fees)!

I can recommend Rockauto.com and shall be pleased to place further orders (and I certainly will do).

I received today another shipment (front bumper).
All OK although I would have preferred to see the item packed into a solid carton and not just wrapped with "bubble" paper, without any protection.
But finally, I got it without any damages.

"I have ordered several times from RockAuto, and I've always been satisfied. I have a Datsun 240Z, and a lot of the Datsun-specific vendors do a very poor job telling you exactly what you're getting - i.e. are these ball joints Moog, or AC Delco, or some other brand?

That is the first thing I love about RockAuto - you know what you're getting!

The second thing I love is that if the part is in stock (and the website tells you if it is), the shipping is very fast. I placed my most recent order just this afternoon, and it's already shipping out all the way to Texas, arriving in 2 days.

Third, is something I only recently experienced - talking to a real person on the phone. I ordered some things they had to order from the manufacturer, who turned out to be out of stock. A real person called me AND emailed me about it to resolve the order and allow me to either cancel the order or change to another manufacturer. The people on the phone were very professional."
